Inner Peace:
Is giving full attention to everything I do.
Is to live fully in the moment, releasing past and future into the cycle of eternity.
Is inner relaxation – physically, emotionally, mentally then spiritually.
Is non-attachment -- being ever conscious that nothing and no one truly belongs to me.
Is realizing that I can only change the world if I change myself.
Is cultivating harmonious friendships.
Is a healthy life, exercising regularly, eating properly, breathing deeply.
Is a clear conscience, remaining true to my highest ideals.
Is acting in freedom, from my inner center and not in bondage
to the world’s demands.
Is not coveting with what others have, but knowing that what is rightfully mine will
find its way to me.
Is accepting truth, in all circumstances, as my guide.
Is self-acceptance: not the blinding myself to my faults, nor hating myself for
them but claiming my original nature, my higher reality from the Infinite Light (my
Father and Mother).
